Bevelling

 SL12.1 is a fully automatic 4 edges bevelling machine. It can bevel all 4 edges of a board in a single cycle in only 10 seconds. The sturdy structure of the system allows to reach very high speed of movements and cutting. Panels to be bevelled are stacked on the automatic loader where they are automatically centered. Panels are then loaded in to the working area where they are blocked by a mechanical system. The bevelling is performed by two high speed spindles equipped with diamond blades which are installed over two lateral sides which position is controlled by the computer of the machine according to the stored program. After the bevelling of the first two edges, the panel is released and a central mechanism rotates it 90°. At the same time the two lateral sides reach the new position according to the size of second side of the panel. It is then blocked again and the bevelling of the second two edges is performed. The panel is then unloaded on the rear stacker,while a new panel is brought in at the same time.
